SHIPPING POLICY

Temple Forged partners with third-party production and fulfillment providers to produce and ship many of our products. Your order may therefore be produced and shipped from a fulfillment facility located separately from Temple Forged.
ORDER PROCESSING
Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
Production times may occasionally be longer during holidays, major promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.
SHIPPING RATES
Current standard shipping rates include:
T-Shirts: $4.75
Hoodies: $8.50
Orders totaling $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within eligible shipping destinations.
Shipping rates and availability are displayed during checkout and may vary based on the products, destination, and shipping method selected.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After production is completed, estimated shipping times are generally:
Domestic orders: approximately 2–5 business days
International orders: approximately 10–30 business days
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times can vary based on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Temple Forged is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Holidays
- Carrier disruptions
- Events outside our reasonable control
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, contact templeforged@gmail.com and we will help you investigate the shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you realize that your address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at templeforged@gmail.com.
Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
These charges are generally not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated during checkout.
